He had the kind of vision only the greatest Presidents have. He saw the changes of direction that the Nation needed to make, in terms of foreign policy and energy, especially. It might have been interesting to see what he would have accomplished if America had given him another term.<BR/><BR/>But America made a very different choice in 1980, a choice that is looking uglier every day.
