Blizzard Warning

The first real winter storm has begun. We've had a couple of snow dustings, but today we have a blizzard warning. Forecast for two feet of snow by tomorrow, with winds over 30mph. Currently it's snowing lightly, and the wind isn't bad yet. Glad my heater works well, and that I don't have to go anywhere today. Is it time to break out the brandy yet?

Well if there's a big barometric pressure shift then I'm sure you'll feel it in your sholder. We had a shift to cold up here and I could feel the difference.

Yes it is - that and look out the window when it gets really shitty and smile.

Demeur, the shoulder ache started yesterday as the barometer started dropping. I'm living with it, but damn, aging ain't for sissies.
One Fly, looks like you're getting more than your share of snow, too.

Not really-the local whore fish wrapper says there's a base of 15" and most of that is man made. We'll get a few inches out of this but it ain't good here in Ski Town USA. No jobs-no touristas-no real estate sales.

Looks like it could be snowing now.

Sometime through the course of the day when the buzz is just right maybe crank up Speedwagon's "Riding the Storm Out". Always works for me.
